Golden Peacock Telefilms is gearing up to present its latest vertical series on the Story TV App, featuring Himanshu Soni and Pranjali Singh Parihar in the lead roles. Blending romance, family drama, business rivalry and an unexpected marriage, the untitled series revolves around a ₹1,000-crore business deal that sets off a chain of dramatic events. With a forced marriage at the centre of the narrative, the story explores how two strangers navigate an unwanted relationship that could eventually transform into love, while confronting family secrets and powerful rivals.
A ₹1,000-Crore Deal Leads to an Unexpected Marriage
The story begins with Rajveer, the son of a powerful business family, running away from his wedding, putting a crucial ₹1,000-crore business deal at risk. In a desperate attempt to save the agreement, the family comes up with an unusual plan: Amit, the son of a servant in the household, is made to take Rajveer’s place and marry Sonia, who has been in a coma for two years.
The situation becomes even more complicated when Sonia regains consciousness and discovers that she is married to a man she never chose. As she struggles to process the shocking turn her life has taken, Amit finds himself navigating an equally challenging situation.
However, Amit is not an ordinary man. Despite working as a servant because of his family’s financial difficulties, he is a talented architect with impressive skills and a hidden professional identity. As the story progresses, his abilities and determination could turn the tables on Rajveer and his powerful family.
Pranjali Singh Parihar Talks About Playing Sonia
Pranjali Singh Parihar plays Sonia, a woman whose life changes dramatically after she wakes up from a two-year coma and discovers that she is married to a stranger.
Speaking about her character, Pranjali explained that Sonia’s journey was particularly interesting because it required her to portray the panic, frustration and confusion of someone who has lost two years of her life without knowing what happened during that period.
The actress also highlighted the emotional transformation Sonia undergoes as she gradually moves from hating Amit to understanding him and eventually falling in love with him. According to Pranjali, Sonia’s character evolves from a state of worry and uncertainty to becoming more confident and emotionally alive, with Amit supporting her throughout the journey.
Pranjali also shared her appreciation for Golden Peacock Telefilms, praising the production team’s supportive environment and the sense of trust that makes working together a special experience.
Himanshu Soni Reveals Details About His Character Amit
Himanshu Soni takes on the role of Amit, a talented architect whose circumstances force him to work as a servant in a wealthy household. His family’s financial struggles begin when his mother takes out a loan, and the mounting interest makes repayment increasingly difficult.
Despite his difficult circumstances, Amit possesses exceptional architectural talent and has worked on several government projects under a hidden identity. His life takes an unexpected turn when Rajveer devises a plan to avoid marrying Sonia and secure the business contract by making Amit take his place.
Unlike those who orchestrate the marriage, Amit chooses to care for Sonia after she regains consciousness. He allows her to decide the future of their relationship, setting the stage for an emotional journey that could change both their lives.
Himanshu described the series as a blend of drama, thrills and emotions, with the rivalry between Amit and Rajveer forming a major part of the narrative. As Amit challenges Rajveer and his family, the story will explore how a man from a humble background takes on a powerful business empire.
The actor also expressed his happiness at reuniting with Golden Peacock Telefilms, describing the producers as brothers and the production house as a place close to his heart. He recalled that his association with the team began with Biwi, Affair aur Badla and praised their continued dedication and passion for their work.

The upcoming show adds to Golden Peacock Telefilms’ association with the Story TV App, bringing another relationship-driven drama to the platform.
Will Amit and Sonia Find Love Amid Family Rivalries?
While Amit and Sonia are brought together under extraordinary circumstances, their relationship is only one part of a larger conflict involving family expectations, financial struggles and business rivalry.
As Sonia gradually discovers who Amit really is, their relationship may take an unexpected turn. Meanwhile, Rajveer’s return threatens to complicate their lives further, raising questions about whether Amit can protect Sonia and challenge the powerful family that forced him into the marriage.
Will Amit and Sonia overcome the circumstances that brought them together, and what will happen when Rajveer returns to reclaim control? Viewers will have to watch the upcoming series on the Story TV App to discover how the story unfolds.
